K.L Electric is a family owned business founded in 1993. Our goal when we started was to become a well respected and reliable electrical contractor in the Chicago-land area.

K.L Electric is a commercial union electrical contractor. We aim to exceed the expectations of our customers by providing quality service and installation. All journeyman/foreman are union trained, giving you the most knowledgeable and skilled electrical installers.

Bob founded the company in 1993 with his brother Ron. With over 35 years in the electrical field Bob brings great expertise and experience.  Bob was trained by IBEW Local 701.  He can handle all of your electrical needs from estimating to project management.  Bob also makes sure the customer is treated like they’re number one.

ron klco, project manager

Ron founded the company in 1993 with his brother Bob. With over 30 years in the electrical field Ron brings great expertise and experience. Ron was trained by IBEW Local 701.  He can handle all of your electrical needs from estimating to project management for all types of projects.  Ron also manages day to day operations and scheduling of the technicians.

Casey Klco,Low voltage project manager

Casey has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry.  He specializes in data wiring and fire alarm cabling.  Casey was trained by IBEW Local 134.  He can handle all of your electrical needs from estimating to project management.

steve klco, professional Engineer/Project manager

Steve has worked for the family business for over 10 years.  He graduated from UIC in Electrical Engineering and was also trained by IBEW Local 701.  He holds a professional engineering license in the state of Illinois and also a supervising electrician license in the city of Chicago.

Alex has worked for the family business for over 10 years.  He graduated from UIC in Electrical Engineering and was also trained by IBEW Local 701. He can handle all of your electrical needs from estimating to project management for all types of projects

katie klco, accounting

Katie has worked for the family business for over 10 years. She graduated from Benidictine University with a degree in Accounting. She is the go to for all accounting and day to day office needs. Be sure to ask for her regarding any billing or invoicing questions.
